This report includes recommendations – and a model – designed to improve access and reduce obstacles. This report, titled (needs a new title), reflects a year’s worth of data assessment, independent consumer and stakeholder interview, and collaboration between state partners and provider agencies – all with a shared interest in helping insure the most effective and coordinated substance abuse treatment and care for Vermonters in need.
