We are a professional alcohol, drug, and family rehabilitation program dedicated to providing effective treatment with practical goals and a reasonable cost for services. We will turn no one away who we feel would benefit from treatment, including those currently supervised by federal or state corrections programs. We also offer our services to pregnant women and to intravenous drug users. It is the policy of the Board of Recovery House, Inc. to provide a comprehensive, co-educational residential substance abuse treatment program to all adults who may be in need of such services. Treatment orientation is based upon the original Alcoholics Anonymous model of abstinence from alcohol and all other drugs that are individually abused by the client.
Services
Medically monitored detoxification. Detoxification can be an uncomfortable experience. At Serenity House we strive to get you through the process with a minimum amount of discomfort, in as close to a home-like setting as feasible. Nursing care is provided around-the-clock. We also have a physician on call 24 hours a day, every day, should any concerns arise. The two most common detoxification protocols we utilize are for withdrawal from alcohol and opiates. We also have benzodiazepine detoxification protocols.
Serenity House, a component of Recovery House, Inc., is a private, non-profit residential substance abuse treatment center. Serenity House is a twenty-four bed residential treatment program providing treatment services to both men and women. The length of treatment varies based on individual need. We have a dedicated staff that is devoted to providing caring and competent treatment with the hope you will become abstinent from using substances. We offer a wide range of services based on your needs, which include: medical consultation, individual counseling, group therapy, educational groups, self help groups, family sessions and aftercare planning.
